Faith in Real Life

APR 27 - MAY 18 | 9:15AM | MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM

For four weeks starting April 27, Christian Formation elders are excited to introduce a new series that will look at four different spheres of struggle and ordinary life and explore together how the faith we proclaim can speak to these struggles of our real life: (1) health struggles, (2) job unpredictability, (3) family burdens, and (4) adult friendship. Pastor Henry Brinton starts us off April 27 with Faith in Real Life: Health Struggles. He will speak from his own personal experience and invite others to share, as well. This is a great opportunity for members of the community to strengthen one another during the struggles of real life that we all face.

All are invited to a book talk at FPC on Friday, June 13, at 7:00 PM. Race, religion,  and terror combine for an extraordinary story of America, the resilience of a people, and their capacity to forgive in order to live with unimaginable grief” (Eddie S. Glaude, Jr., author of Begin Again). Event is free of charge, but EventBrite tickets are required for planning purposes. Register using the QR code "Scan me!"
